Glucose is found in the sap of plants for example the Aloe Vera when you break one of the branches aloe seeps out and glucose is found in the aloe. Not just the Aloe Vera contains this sappy glucose. All plants all over the Earth contain different amounts of glucose. An intresting fact is that you can find glucose in our bloodstream which it is called blood sugar.

When glucose goes through your blood stream small amounts help process your digestive system but when too much is consumed it causes diabeties. Glucose lso controls your metabolism so if you have diabeties the large amoutns of glucose alter your metabolism causing your stomach to expand.

Glucose controls your metabolism and when oxidized in the body the process is called metabolism. The glucose produces carbon dioxide, water, and some nitrogen compound and in the process provides energy for the cells to use. Energy from the Glucose is obtained from the oxidation reaction.
